The Health Equity Lab aims to improve understanding of the social forces that shape racial health disparities, and ultimately, to inform potential interventions that promote health equity. To attain this goal, we utilize quantitative methods and insights from multiple theoretical perspectives to conduct three interrelated lines of research on including health stratification, racism and race, and punishment and inequality.
